Fashion . {Help!}

If we can ignore the fact that Taylor Momsen is too young to wear a skirt that short, I love this outfit! BUT... I'm desperate to know who makes the coat and I can't find anywhere. Anywhere.

Does anyone know who makes it??

    She's so cute. I just wish she'd dress a little more young and optimistic and not like her TV counterpart. Sigh.
