Today is the first day of my spring break -- no teaching for 11 more days!!! So I can relax most of the week, I've spent today in a flurry of chores: ironing, vacuuming, laundry, cleaning, etc. It's been busy but it feels SO good to have the house in order.
Tomorrow we're getting the new hardwood floors installed in the dining room (hooray!), and we're having a friend up for dinner over the weekend as well. I hope everyone's weekend is as lovely as can be!!

ooh!!! lucky you on break for 11 days! wheee!!! i love getting the cleaning done at the beginning of a break, and then moving on to the good stuff. the fun stuff, that is. :)
