I know that technically it's spring, but until I feel as though I can safely wear sandals every day, at any time of the day, it doesn't seem quite here. However, the fact that little flowers are starting to pop up and we can go for regular bike rides, makes me feel optimistic!!
so cute ...I base it on tank tops. When I can wear a tank top at night without a sweater, I am in heaven.
