I can't believe that it's Monday already! Time off always seems like forever when it arrives, and no time at all once it's gone. But however it seemed, I hope that everyone had a lovely holiday!

We went to my brother's for dinner last Thursday (he made the best cheese potatoes and cauliflower/broccoli gratin!!); did a tiny pinch of holiday shopping; watched loads of great movies - Rachel Getting Married, The Night of the Hunter, and Vampyr; and mostly spent the time relaxing.

Sadly today it's back to work, work, work, though now Christmas Break is in sight! Have a great start to the week everyone!

Today it was a bit warmer out, but also thunderstorming and very dark. So I had two options with the outfit photos - use the ones that were washed out by the flash, or the ever so slightly blurry ones with better color. Since autumn is probably the season where color matters the most, I opted for the latter.

Patisserie . Coeur . Loves . Anthropologie

After reading her post on a lovely selection from Anthropologie at Patisserie Coeur, I went as fast as my browser would take me to track down this lovely necklace. A pretty bird + sparkly crystals + kelly green gems = complete love. The $428 price tag = window shopping only.

Why does Anthropologie do this to us? Sigh...
