the. hills. have...fashion. shows?

This week Lauren Conrad debuted her Fall 2008 collection at L.A. Fashion week and despite what I expected, I don't hate it. Conrad is still very obviously a young designer who's learning her craft, but the pieces were cute and wearable. The shapes and color palette were flattering, and based on the prices of her current collection, the cost is fairly reasonable.



The only real complaint is that her Fall collection didn't really have any Fall clothes. True, the girl lives in L.A., but not everyone else does. Would it have killed her to throw in a sweater or two?
