Cardigan . Love

I'm a firm believer that a girl can never have too many cardigans. Aside from jeans and tees, they're one of the only pieces of clothing that can be worn year round - which always makes shopping for them feel practical as well as fun!

I really like this pretty green cardigan from Ann Taylor Loft + I have a 20% off coupon, but that still makes it $50.00. It's pricier because it has sequins on the pockets, but you can't really see them when it's being worn.

I left it at the store yesterday, but am tempted to go back for it - what do you think: is it cute enough to make up for not really being able to see the little gold sequins?

I think $50 is still kind-of high. I can't see the sequins. What is the material? If its cashmere, yes.

Nope, not cashmere - it's really soft, but just a wool blend.

Tis the season for cardigans! I agree with you, cardigans are my fall staple. I do think it's too high for a cardi though. I agree with the other reader, unless it's a fantastic, long lasting material like cashmere I would say no.

I love cardigans all year round. All kinds: with buttons, zippers or no "closure" at all.
Looks great on you, but agree that $50 is kind of high.
Let us know what you decide.

My friend says Ann Taylor clothes hold up really well, so if you're going to be able to wear it for a couple of years, I think $50 is pretty good!

I new I recognized that cardigan and dressing room... Haha I work at the Loft. In my opinion, our product is WAY too expensive and NOT high quality at all. Honestly, those sequins will fall off in the first wash. Don't do it!!

Thanks for the tip Ellie! I really love the color of it - you guys somehow have the best green pieces ever - but I wish the sequins were on the outside of the pocket so that you could see them and then still use the pockets!
