The past several days:
❤ went to Ann Arbor ❤ finally saw Melancholia - it was beautiful.haunting.sad.epic ❤ went to Frankenmuth to see family ❤ missed out on dinner w/Santa + karaoke ❤ went antique shopping ❤ had Christmas at my parents' house ❤ watched True Grit - John Wayne marathon on - and opened a few small gifts ❤ went w/mom to feed shelter kitties ❤ played Trivial Pursuit ❤ sat around with a happy belly full of Christmas cookies ❤

Sounds like you had a fun holiday! Just got back from Troy. Spent some time at the mall today checking out the sales :)
too bad for karaoke with santa that sounded so tempting. i'm sorry i didn't wish you a merry christmas i was kind of away from my computer these few days... i'm glad you had a great time i love the christmas tree. we celebrate christmas in january here and i'm hoping that we will be able to see our families at least for a few days. have a lovely last week of the year:)
