Headed to Church

{ For Sale here }

Currently there are a number of churches in our area that have closed - due to the economy, I suspect - and the vacant brick buildings sit, sad little "For Sale" signs perched out front. Were it in my budget, one of them would be mine, mine, mine. It would be pretty marvelous to remake the inside of a church into a living space, such as the property above (located in Australia).

I love it! There is an old church in my neighborhood that a family has turned into a house. I really want to see inside.

Would LOVE to do something like this, or maybe I could renovate an old red barn. Such a fun project!

I would live in this sweet home in a heartbeat! Have you ever seen the redo of the one in Mulliken? I've never seen the the inside but the outside begs me to go in! I didn't get to the hometours. My brother used to live in the chair factory and I have dreamed about living there, his space was magnificent! It sounds like I need to see Pegs things :)
I was lucky enough to be invited to go to Chicago to the One of a Kind show... it was fabulous!
Happy Sunday! t.xoxooxo

Wow!
When I saw that lovely bedroom perched over the rest of the home/church... a juvenile thought crossed my mind about "doing the deed" in a church. hmm....
